THE FIRST WORLD FALUN DAFA DAY IN NEW ZEALAND |

In order to celebrate the first World Falun Dafa day, which is also the eighth anniversary of Master Li Hongzhi's teaching, the New Zealand practitioners had been preparing since 4th of May, to advertise the event including a commentary of history and activities, on both the Chinese and English newspapers, and the practitioners had personally sewn and printed two large banners with 'World Falun Dafa Day 13th May' written in both Chinese and English languages. |

Practitioners Introduced Falun Dafa in New Zealand at the New Millennium |
|
On December 30, practitioners from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and other places gathered in the Gisborne City and started a 3-dayFalun Dafa introduction activity. Because New Zealand is the country that first walked into the new millennium, thousands of tourists from all over the world gathered here to welcome the first dawn of the new millennium. The local government also held a series of activities to celebrate this great moment including some outdoor activities in the Rose Garden and the Kelvin Park. |
